4 Bananas ripe
1 cup Peanut Butter
2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Cashews crushed
1/2 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Dried Cherries or raisins

Healthy homemade granola bars packed with goodness

Preheat the oven to 375° F.

Mash the bananas and combine with the peanut butter.

Crush the cashews and add them to the mixture.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

Put parchment paper in an 8x8 inch pan. Place the mixture into the pan and using your hand or a spoon, push down to make it flat.

Bake in the oven for 25-30 min. Let cool for about 45 minutes. Cut into squares and serve.
