2, ripe Bananas
1/2 cup, unsalted Cashews
1/2 cup, unsalted Almonds
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/2 cup Dried Cherries
1/2 cup Goji Berries
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Maple Syrup

Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C. Line baking pan or sheet with parchment paper.

Add nuts to food processor and pulse. Add remaining ingredients and pulse to a thick paste.

Add mixture to pan and spread evenly. Bake for 25 minutes. Cut into rectangles or squares. (to store - refrigerate)
