SautéChop the onions, crush and chop the garlic. Chop the peppers (remove the seeds first if you want less heat. I'd also recommend wearing gloves with habaneros. The last thing you want is habanero juice in your eye or on your lip later on from your fingers!) Heat 2 Tbsp of oil in a pan (if using an immersion blender, use a 4-qt pan). Sauté everything for 5 minutes. |

SimmerAdd everything but the lime and let simmer for about 15 minutes until it thickens. Remove from heat. |
