Allison Antalek, author of Cut2therecipe, is an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer with 21+ years’ experience in crafting exceptional learning experiences. Helping people and businesses grow, that’s what she does. In her free time, Allison is a passionate cook, plays alto, soprano and tenor sax in 2 bands, and experiments with pottery and ceramics.
Allison is a world traveler, for both business and pleasure, and has spent 16 years of her life living and working in France and Germany as a Business Development Manager and Business Owner.
Allison launched Cut2therecipe on May 15, 2020 in an effort to start recording her recipes and creations, as well to start experimenting with photography with the goal of one day publishing her own cookbook.
Allison’s cooking style can be described in one word: eclectic. She has no one favorite dish or cuisine, and is always experimenting and trying new flavor profiles and recipes.
