Preheat the oven to 450°F / 232°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Grate the Parmesan cheese. Spoon the Parmesan cheese in mounds onto the baking sheet (eg a circular form). Leave enough room between each one so they do not melt together). Bake for 10-12 minutes until crisp and golden. Remove from heat, let cool. If desired, cut the circles into triangles to serve, or crumble for a topping. |
