Preheat the oven to 350°F / 176°C. Line a baking pan or sheet with parchment paper. |

Remove the apple core and slice the apple in rings. Lay the rings on the baking sheet. |

Place the wheel of Brie or Camembert on top of the apple rings. Note - the difference between the 2 cheeses is subtle for this recipe. Brie has a more refined taste and a smoother texture, whereas Camembert is known for its more rustic, earthy taste and texture. |

Slice the grapes and and add. |

Drizzle the honey all over. Then place one sprig of Rosemary on top. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until it starts to melt. the longer you bake it, the more it will ooze out onto the fruit, which is also delicious! |

Chop the almonds and add them before serving. Serve with a baguette or your favorite crackers. |
