Make the Soup BaseBoil the chicken stock. Mince the garlic and ginger. Add the soy sauce and the sesame oil. Dice the bok choy and the green onion. Cook on medium for 30 min. |

Add the pork dumplings/wontons. Cook for another 2 min. on med-medium-low. Then serve. |
