Fill the MaultaschenRoll out the dough on a lightly floured surface to make a long rectangle. You can do half ata time. On the side closest to you, add a spoonful of filling, leaving a gap between each one. Beat 1 egg yolkd and brush the egg yolk onto the dough around all the filling and cover the entire surface. Take the edge closest to you and as if you are folding thr dough, roll it up so the filling moves with the dough until you reach the other sice. Press down the side with your finger. Press inbetween each filling to form a ravioli shape. Use a pasta cutter or a knife to cut them appart. |
