400 ml Milk
1/2 Lemon
3 Tbsp Butter
4 eggs
1/2 cup Sugar
2 1/2 cups All-Purpose Flour
A pinch Salt
1/4 cup Baking Powder
1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Fluffy Buttermilk Pancakes without Buttermilk

These pancakes are the fluffiest ones I've made yet!

In a mixer, add the milk and the juice of a half of a lemon and let sit for 10 min.

Add the sugar and eggs, vanilla and pinch of salt. Melt the butter and add. Mix.

Add the flour and mix. Then add the baking powder and mix. Let the pancake batter sit for 15 min.

Make the pancakes as usual on a buttered griddle or in a pan.
