1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour

1/12 cups Milk

2 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce

optional (or other cheese) Gouda Cheese

Handfull Fresh Parsely

Saute the diced onion, garlic, and jalapeno with the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Remove from pan. |

Make the RouxIn the same pan, melt the butter. Add the flour and stir until it forms a paste. Gradually whisk in the milk and worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and stir constantly until the sauce thickens. |

Add the gnocchi and let simmer for 3-4 min. or until the gnocchi is soft. Add the beef mixture to the pan. Stir in grated cheese if desired. Let simmer. for several minutes. Add fresh parsely and/or red pepper flakes if desired. |
