1 cup luke warm Water

1 package (active dry) Yeast

2 Tbsp Sugar

3 Tbsp, warm Milk

1 tsp Salt

3 1/3 cups Flour

1 Egg

1 1/2 Tbsp Butter

Activate YeastAdd water (make sure it is warm, but not hot - that will kill the yeast and also kill your bread), milk, sugar and yeast in a mixing bowl and let sit 10 min. |

Add salt and then flour, 1 cup at a time while mixing (I use a stand mixer - Kitchenaid with a bread attachment). Add butter last and mix until dough pulls. |

Put a little oil on your hands and form a ball. Put the ball in a bowl and cover (eg with a towel) and let rise for one hour. |

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Form 6 balls and place them on the sheet leaving room between each one. Let rise 1 hour. |

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Brush tops with either melted butter or egg wash (egg white mixed with a bit of water). Bake for 12 minutes. Serve. |
