1 cup Brown Sugar

1 cup Apricot Jam

1/4 cup Dijon Mustard

1/2 cup Chicken Stock

1 Tbsp Butter

Combine the sugar, jam, and mustard and stir well. Brush all over the ham and wrap in foil. Reserve the rest of the glaze. Put ham face-side down in a roasting pan and roast 2 hours. |

Add more of the glaze and roast for another 20-30 min. |

Make a Gravy (optional)With the remaining glaze, (or if none, make more glaze), add it to a saucepan with chicken stock and butter. Season with salt and pepper. Whisk well and let simmer. |
