Adjust Servings:
2 cans Black Beans
4 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Oats
2/3 cup (or agave) Pure Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup + more for garnish Chocolate Chips

No-Flour Black Bean Brownies

When serving these ultra rich, chocolately, and moist brownies, no one will know that they are packed with healthy goodness!

Preheat oven. Grease an 8x8 square pan.

Drain and rinse the black beans. Puree in a food processor (I use the metal blade - if you do so, then replace the blade attachment with the normal smooth blade to continue.)

Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the pan. Add chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
