Dice onions. Mince garlic. Saute. (either in a bit of water or with olive oil). Add ground beef and season with salt and pepper. saute for 5 min. |

Slice cabbage and add. Add marinara sauce and crushed tomatoes, and remaining ingredients. Season again with salt and pepper. Let simmer for 1.5-2 hours. Garnish with more fresh parsley to serve. |
