1 wheel Brie or camembert
1/2 cup Honey
1 Honey Crisp Apple Or another tart apple, eg granny smith
1 cup Red Grapes
1 sprig Fresh Rosemary
1/2 cup Almonds If already chopped, then 1/4 cup

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 176°C. Line a baking pan or sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the apple core and slice the apple in rings. Lay the rings on the baking sheet.

Place the wheel of Brie or Camembert on top of the apple rings. Note - the difference between the 2 cheeses is subtle for this recipe. Brie has a more refined taste and a smoother texture, whereas Camembert is known for its more rustic, earthy taste and texture.

Slice the grapes and and add.

Drizzle the honey all over. Then place one sprig of Rosemary on top. Bake in the oven for 7-10 minutes until it starts to melt. the longer you bake it, the more it will ooze out onto the fruit, which is also delicious!

Chop the almonds and add them before serving. Serve with a baguette or your favorite crackers.
