4 cups Steel-cut Milled Oatsor normal oats - the steel-cut oats are smaller

1/4 cup Olive Oilor coconut oil, and for more clumps, add 1/2 cup

1/2 cup Honeyor maple syrup or agave

1/2 cup Dried Blueberries

1/4 cup optional Coconut Flakes

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 176°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. |

In a blender or food processor, chop the nuts ( you can use any of your choice). Add the remaining ingredients and mix. |

Pour the granola onto the baking sheet and bake until lightly brown for about 20-25 minutes. |

Let cool for a good 45 minutes before transferring to a container and serving to obtain its crispiness. |
