Fill the CrêpesCut the Camembert or Brie into wedges. Starting with one open Crêpe on the hot griddle (or pan), spread a wedge of cheese on top. Then spread fig jam and drizzle with honey. Once the cheese has melted, roll them tightly then slice them to make appetizer portions. |
