Slice the HamIf needed, slice the ham and set it aside. |

Fill the CrêpesUsing the hot griddle or a hot pan on the stovetop, add a bit of butter to the griddle, then add the crêpe, place a piece of ham and some cheese until the cheese melts. Top with an egg and fold the sides to form a pocket. |
