Add the flour, gluten, salt and baking powder to the food processor and pulse. Gradually add the cold butter in cubes and process until they are blended in. Gradually add the buttermilk on low speed until the dough holds together. Pat into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for one hour, or overnight, before use.
