Marinate the ChickenCombine the milk with the juice of one lemon. Let sit for 5 minutes. Add a pinch of salt and paprika. Let marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. |

Dredge the ChickenMix the flour and cornstarch. Add the spices and seasoning. Put in a ziplock bag. Add the chicken pieces in batches and shake well to cover the chicken with the flour mixture. |

Fry the ChickenHeat the oil to 365°F (185°C). Fry in batches, approx. 6-10 min. per batch. Tip: Warm the oven to put the fried pieces of chicken in while frying the remainder. |
