1/2 cup Chicken Broth

1 Fresh Broccoli

Make the RiceMake the rice acc. to the type of rice and the way you are making it, e.g., Instapot, stovetop ... |

Saute the ChickenPat the chicken breasts dry. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Saute in olive oil in a wok or deep pan. Remove. |

Mince the garlic, chop the Thai chili (remove seeds for less heat), or use red pepper flakes, and add to the pan/wok. (Onion slices could be added as well.) While the garlic is cooking, quickly mix all the sauce ingredients together then add to the wok/pan. |

Add the cut-up broccoli and chopped green onion. |

Return the chicken to the pan, either whole or in pieces. Let simmer for several minutes then serve with more fresh green onion if desired and sesame seeds on a bed of rice, or, if the rice was pre-made, mix the rice in to warm it up. |
