2 Tbsp, cold Unsalted Butter

This is a quick, easy and versatile all-purpose pie crust - perfect for both sweet and savory pies and dishes.

Add the flour, gluten, salt and baking powder to the food processor and pulse. Gradually add the cold butter in cubes and process until they are blended in. Gradually add the buttermilk on low speed until the dough holds together. Pat into a ball, wrap in plastic and refrigerate for one hour, or overnight, before use. Tip: if you do not have buttermilk on hand, but you have milk and a lemon, quickly make your own: How to Make Buttermilk Substitute.
