2 cups All-Purpose Flour
3 Tbsp Corn Meal
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
3 Tbsp Sugar
2 Large eggs

2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
a pinch Cinnamon

Whisk the eggs with the buttermilk, Greek yogurt, sugar, and vanilla extract. Add the salt, baking powder, and baking soda stirring constantly. Add the cornmeal and stir. Add the flour gradually while stirring. Add a pinch of cinnamon. Let sit for 30 minutes for the best results - to let the air out of the batter.
