1/4 cup Buttermilk

1 1/2 cups Confectioners' Sugar
2-3 Tbsp Milk
1/2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F/176°C. Coat the mini muffin pan with oil or cooking spray. Peel and dice the apples. In a large bowl or mixing bowl, mix the apples, baking powder, salt, apple sauce, oil, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk. Then add the flour and continue mixing.

In a bowl, combine the confectioner's sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
