I grind my own meat, so if doing so, use 3-4 chicken breasts and add the rosemary, oregano, salt and pepper to the meat grinder as you grind the meat, then mix in the dijon and yogurt and panko. Otherwise, mix the meat with the seasonings, mustard, yogurt, and bread crumbs. Form patties. |

Cook the chicken patties in a skillet (with oil), 5 min. per side. |
