1 cup shredded (or mozzarella cheese) Gruyère Cheese

1/2 cup shredded Fresh Parmesan Cheese

2 Garlic Clove

1 Tbsp Fresh Parsely

1/4 cup shredded Fresh Parmesan Cheese

1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs (Plain)

Blanch the Green BeansCut off the steams, cut, and blanch the grean beans in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. |

Make the White Onion SauceSlice and saute the onions - you can use 2 Tbsp of butter or to save calories, I cook them in water and cook them until tender, approx. 15 min. Whisk in the flour and stir. Slowly add the beef broth and stir, then slowly add the milk and stir. Add the Worsteshire sauce and thyme. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a simmer and let thicken. Remove from stove and stir in the cheese. |

Make the Crunchy ToppingMince the garlic and mix all ingredients. |

In a casserole dish, add the drained green beans, season them with more salt, pour the sauce over them, and top with the panko topping. Bake about 35 minutes. |
