1 tsp Dijon Mustard

Dice the celery, apples (I prefer to peel them), and chicken. Slice the grapes. Crush the pecans. Mix in a large bowl. |

Make the Greek Yogurt DressingIn a bowl, mix the greek yogurt with the dijon and egg yolk. Juice the lemon and add. Add a bit of zest if desired. Add a pinch of salt and pepper. mix well, then add to salad. Season again with salt and pepper to your liking. |
