Make the ChiliDice the onion and mince the garlic. Saute in a pan with the oil. Add the ground beef and saute 3 minutes. Dice the tomatoes (remove seeds first) and add. Add beef broth, tomato paste, beans, and spices. Let simmer for 45 minutes. |
