Preheat oven to 350°F / 176° C. Lightly coat a 9x5" bread loaf pan with olive oil spray, baker's spray, or butter. |

Make the ButtermilkSqueeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon into the milk and let sit for 10 minutes. |

Mash the bananas with a potato masher. Melt the butter. Add the sugar, mashed bananas, eggs, and butter to a mixing bowl and mix with your mixer. |

Mix all the dry ingredients then add to batter and mix. Pour into a pregreased 9x5 loaf pan (I prefer cast iron). Brush top with melted butter or egg wash if desired for added shine (1 egg with 1 Tbsp water). Bake for 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. |
