2 Garlic Cloves

2 Sweet Potatoes

3 Tomatoes

2 Tbsp Tomato Paste

1/2 cup Beef stock

1 Tbsp Harissa

1/4 cup, optional Feta Cheese

1 bunch, optional Fresh Cilantroor fresh parsely

1 bunch, optional Spring Onions

1/4 cup Cream

Make the GnocchiMake the gnocchi acc. to package directions (My own gnocchi recipe is still to come ...). |

Peel and dice the sweet potatoes and onions. Peel and mince the garlic. In a large pan, add the oil and saute the onions, garlic and sweet potatoes for a good 8-10 minutes. |

Dice the tomatoes (remove the seeds). Add to the pan. Add the tomato paste. |

Add the ground beef and season with salt and pepper. Add the Harissa and stir well. Chop the parsley and/or cilatnro and add. Let simmer for a good 10 minutes. |

Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan and the cream. Let simmer 5 minutes. Serve with extra parsely and/or cilantro if desired. |
