2 cans Black Beans

4 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

1/2 tsp Salt

1 cup Oats

2/3 cup (or agave) Pure Maple Syrup

1/4 cup Sugar

1/2 cup Olive Oil

1 Tbsp Pure Vanilla Extract

1 tsp Baking Powder

1 cup + more for garnish Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven. Grease an 8x8 square pan. |

Drain and rinse the black beans. Puree in a food processor (I use the metal blade - if you do so, then replace the blade attachment with the normal smooth blade to continue.) |

Add the remaining ingredients except the chocolate chips and blend well. Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour into the pan. Add chocolate chips on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. |
