1 lb Green Beans
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
4 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Dark Brown Sugar
To your liking Sliced Almonds
1 Lemon
to taste Salt
Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Sautéed Sweet and Garlicky Green Beans with Almonds

Cut the stems off. In a large skillet with a lid, add the beans and a little water. Cook with the lid on for 5 min. until the water evaporates.

Mince the garlic. Juice the lemon. Zest a bit of the peel.

Add all the ingredients except the balsamic glaze. With the lid on, cook for about 10 minutes.

Serve with a drizzle of the glaze - optional.
