1 cup Fresh Basil Leaves

Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water acc. to package directions to al dente. Drain and reserve 1 cup of pasta water. |

Add all pesto ingredients and 1/4 cup of the pasta water to a blender and mix until pureed. If too thick, add more pasta water. |

In a sauce pan, add the noodles and the basil spinach pesto sauce on medium-low heat. Cook for 3 mintes until warm. Serve with extra feta cheese. |
