Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 can (12 oz, 354g) Evaporated Milk Non-fat works great!
1 1/2 cups (12 oz, 340g) Chocolate Chips milk chocolate, dark or semi-sweet
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Easy Homemade Hot Fudge Sauce Made with Evaporated Milk

Great for dipping or topping off cake, ice cream or any dessert!

In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients except the vanilla and bring to a boil. Immediately reduce to medium-low heat and continuously stir for 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and add the vanilla.

Serve immediately hot or store in a sealed container for up to one month. Try out this hot fudge sauce on top of with Chocolate Génoise Sponge Roll Cake!
