1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter

1/4 cup for topping Granulated Sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F / 176° C. Lightly coat a 9x5" bread loaf pan with olive oil spray, baker's spray, or butter. |

Mash the bananas with a potato masher. Melt the butter. Add the sugar, mashed bananas, eggs, and butter to a mixing bowl and mix with your mixer. |

Mix all the dry ingredients then add to batter and mix well. Add the chocolate chips and stir. Pour into a pregreased 9x5 loaf pan (I prefer cast iron). Sprinkle sugar over the top to make a delicious crust. Bake for 30-35 min. or until toothpick comes out clean. |
