Recipe for Homemade Char Siu Sauce
Make your own Char Siu sauce with this homemade Char Siu sauce recipe: Combine 1/3 cup hoisin sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of Shaoxing (Chinese cooking wine, which can be substituted with dry sherry), 1 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder and whisk until combined.
