If grinding your own chicken, grind in a grinder with 2 crushed garlic cloves, onion, and fresh ginger. Saute in oil until browned. If using preground chicken, saute diced onion, minced garlic, and fresh ginger in oil, then add the ground chicken. |

Mix all the ingredients for the sauce and 1 minced garlic clove. Add to the chicken. Stir and simmer for approx 3 min. |

Alternative with riceLast time I made this, I added a 1/2 cup of precooked rice I had left over, and was a hit! Both with and without the lettuce wraps. |
