Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 Cauliflower Head
3/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
2 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
3/4 cup Milk I use skim milk
1/4 cup Buffalo Sauce or wing sauce, or any hot sauce you'd like
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
2 Tbsp Honey
(optional garnish) Spring Onions

Baked Buffalo Style Cauliflower

This baked buffalo cauliflower recipe is a wonderfully healthy alternative to beer-battered, fried cauliflower.

Preheat the oven to 450°F/230°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Combine the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, peper, and milk in a large bowl. Mix well.

Cut up the cauliflower head and toss the florets in the mixture. Place the florets on the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Combine the buffalo sauce (or any kind of hot sauce you'd like), the honey and the oil in a bowl.

2 Options - either keep them on the baking sheet and brush the sauce on the florets, or remove the florets from the oven and toss them in the sauce, then return them to the baking sheet and bake another 20 minutes.
