Make the Whipped Orange Cream CheeseIn a mixture, mix the cream cheese, confectioner's sugar and a bit of orange zest until creamy. Add the heavy cream and beat on high for approx. 5 minutes. |

Make the French ToastBeat together all the ingredients (but the bread). Soak the bread for 3 minutes on each side. Add a mixture of olive oil and butter - approx. 2 Tbsp each - to a pan or griddle (the mixture ensures that they will not burn). Once melted, add the soaked bread and cook about 3 min. on each side or until golden brown. |

Caramalize the BananasAdd the butter to a pan and let melt. Add the sliced bananas. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and cinnamon. Flip after approx. 1-2 min. Add more sugar. |

Top the French bread with the caramalized bananas, and if desired, maple syrup. Top off with the whipped cream cheese and enjoy. |
