2 Lime
1/2 or 1/4 Red Onion
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 -2 tsp Sugar

How to easily Remove the Pomegranate Seeds

Use a hammer or a meat tenderizer. Cut the pomegranate in half. Lay it flat down on the cutting board. Hit the center and around all sides with the hammer. Pick up the half and the sees will be so loose that they fall out or you can brush them out with your fingers without much of the white part falling out with it.

Peel and dice the cucumber. Chop the mint and coriander. Dice the red onion. Juice the lime. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Serve cold.
