8 Chicken Drumsticks
1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
Salt
Black Pepper
Hot Paprika
Sweet Paprika
Garlic Powder
Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
2 Tbsp Honey
1 tsp (or 1 tsp yellow mustard) Yellow Mustard Powder
1/4 tsp (or hot paprika) Sweet Paprika
a drop, about 1/8 tsp Distilled White Vinegar

Crispy Baked Chicken Legs Drumsticks with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Baking chicken is obviously a healthier alternative than deepfrying it. This recipe guarantees crispy baked skin every time!

Moe the oven rack to the top rack. Preheat the oven to 425°F/215°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil.

Pat the chicken dry. Place on the baking sheet. Season both sides with all the spices - I don't measure, I just sprinkle everything on each side. Melt the butter and pour over each drumstick.

Bake for 25 min. then flip and bake another 10-20 min. (until at 165F). If they are not yet crispy - depends on your oven - turn the broiler on for the last 3 minutes.

Make the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

Mix all the ingredents well and serve.
