4 Peaches

6oz (170g) Goat Cheese Fromage de chèvre

1 Tbsp + extra for drizzling on top Honey

2 Tbsp MilkNon-fat works as well

Preheat Grill for medium heat. Rub a little oil on the grate so the peaches do not stick. |

Crumble the cheese and combine with the milk and honey. (If you do find and use fromage de chèvre infused with honey, you may wish to omit the 1 Tbsp honey). Mix well and set aside. |

Cut the peaches in halves. Grill each half face down for approx. 5-7 minutes. The peaches will begin to caramelize. Remove the peaches from the grill. Top each peach half with the honey chèvre mixture and one mint leaf and serve warm. |
