How to Broil Flank Steak for Tender and Juicy Results – Garlic-Marinated Broiled Flank Steak

Making flank steak in the oven couldn't be easier with a broiler function! Tenderness and juiciness in every bite - guaranteed.

Make the Garlic Marinade for the Flank Steak

Mince the garlic. Juice the lemon. Combine with the olive oil and Italian seasonings.

Remove any silver skin from the Flank steak. Season with salt and pepper. Add to the marinade and let marinate for a good 2 hours.

Turn on the broiler to high - 500°F/260°C. Lay the flank steak on a baking sheet or cast iron pan (I preheat the cast iron pan with the oven, in which case there is no need to flip the flank steak over). Broil for approx. 5 min. on each side for medium-rare.

Remove from oven and let rest for 10 minutes. Slice against the grain and serve.
