Boil the water. Add the gelatine, milk powder, and salt and blend well (e.g., immersion blender or per hand). Add the cheddar cheese and stir until fully melted. |

Pour into lined pan. Store up to 2 weeks covered and refrigerated. Add to all your favorite cheesy dishes. |
