I honestly don't measure the water nor any of the other ingredients - but I tried to gauge what it would be. So first boil about 2 cups of water with a bunch of fresh mint leaves. Once it starts boiling, remove from heat and let cool for about an hour. |

Remove the mint leaves from the boiled water and discard. (Boiling the mint leaves gives the water a lot more flavor - it infuses the water). Slice the cucumber and limes and add to your serving pitcher. Add more fresh mint leaves (the boiled ones will not look pretty). Add the mint water and fill your pitcher with cold water and ice cubes if you like it extra cold. |
