Make the Cornstarch SlurryCombine the cold water and cornstarch in a sauce pan and stir well until dissolved. |

Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat while stirring constantly. The sugar should be dissolved once it has boiled 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and serve. |
