1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar

Peel and shred the carrots (I use a food processor with a slicer attachment for fast results) and add to a large mixing or serving bowl. Peel and finely slice the apples into match sticks and add. Juice the lemon and add. (For extra tartness and punch, zest a bit of the lemon rind and add). Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving for the most flavorful result! |
