1 tsp (or 1 tsp yellow mustard) Yellow Mustard Powder

1/4 tsp (or hot paprika) Sweet Paprika

a drop, about 1/8 tsp Distilled White Vinegar

Moe the oven rack to the top rack. Preheat the oven to 425°F/215°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil. |

Pat the chicken dry. Place on the baking sheet. Season both sides with all the spices - I don't measure, I just sprinkle everything on each side. Melt the butter and pour over each drumstick. |

Bake for 25 min. then flip and bake another 10-20 min. (until at 165F). If they are not yet crispy - depends on your oven - turn the broiler on for the last 3 minutes. |

Make the Honey Mustard Dipping SauceMix all the ingredents well and serve. |
