Make the Pizza DoughCombine the luke warm water with the yeast and sugar and let rest for 10 min. Using a mixer with a dough attachment or your hands, combine the sugar, 1 tsp salt, the flour and 2 Tbsp of olive oil and mix/knead until the dough is smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. |

Make the Garlic MixIn a large shallow bowl, combine the 1/2 cup olive oil, garlic powder, fresh parsley, and Parmesan cheese. |

Make the garlic bread knotsPreheat the oven. Line a baking sheet. Roll the pizza dough out but leave a nice thickness of about 1". Slice the dough lengthwise (yields about 8). Roll the dough with your hands and make a knot for each one. Roll each knot in the garlic mixture to coat well. Place on baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown. |
