Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
4 cups Steel-cut Milled Oats or normal oats - the steel-cut oats are smaller
1 1/2 cups Almonds whole
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp Cardamom
1/4 cup Olive Oil or coconut oil, and for more clumps, add 1/2 cup
1/2 cup Honey or maple syrup or agave
1/2 cup Dried Blueberries
1/4 cup optional Coconut Flakes

Preheat the oven to 350°F / 176°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a blender or food processor, chop the nuts ( you can use any of your choice). Add the remaining ingredients and mix.

Pour the granola onto the baking sheet and bake until lightly brown for about 20-25 minutes.

Let cool for a good 45 minutes before transferring to a container and serving to obtain its crispiness.
